Delete your LeadQuik account
This page is for anyone who uses the LeadQuik app on Android, iPhone, or the web and wants their account and data deleted.
How to ask for deletion
- Email privacy@leadquik.com from the email address on your LeadQuik account.
- Put "Delete my account" in the subject line.
- Tell us the company name you signed up with.
- We reply to confirm it's you. Then we delete the account.
What gets deleted
We delete everything tied to your account:
- Your login
- Your profile
- Your business's contacts, leads, estimates, and jobs
- Your photos, messages, call recordings, and notes
- Any teammate access you set up
What we keep, and for how long
The law says we must keep some records. We keep invoices, payments, and tax records for up to 7 years. Backups roll off within 30 days. We do not keep anything else.
How long it takes
We confirm your request within 2 business days. We finish deleting your account within 30 days.
