Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
LeadQuik ("LeadQuik", "we", "us") helps home-service contractors capture and respond to leads from phone calls, text messages, and web intake forms. This policy explains what information we collect when you use LeadQuik — as a contractor on the platform or as a customer who submits a lead through a contractor's intake link — why we collect it, who we share it with, and how to exercise your rights. LeadQuik is operated by THG Services LLC, a Georgia limited liability company located at 300 Colonial Center Pkwy Ste 100N, Roswell, GA 30076.
Who this policy applies to
- Contractors who sign up for LeadQuik to manage leads for their business.
- Homeowners / prospects who contact a contractor that uses LeadQuik (by calling, texting, or submitting a web intake form).
Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to operate the service:
- Account information (contractors): name, email, business name, phone number, service area, and authentication identifiers.
- Lead information: name, phone number, email, service address, project description, and any notes or photos a prospect submits through an intake form.
- Call and message metadata: timestamps, phone numbers, call duration, and recordings/transcripts. Calls placed to or from a LeadQuik-provisioned phone number may be recorded, whether or not the AI receptionist is enabled. The contractor controls the spoken notice callers hear before a recording begins.
- Usage information: pages viewed, features used, device type, operating system version, approximate location (city/region) derived from IP, and diagnostics needed to keep the service running.
- Push tokens (mobile app): a device-specific token used only to deliver lead-notification pushes. No contact-list, photo, or location data is read by the app.
How we use information
- Deliver leads from intake forms, phone calls, and AI receptionist transcripts to the contractor's dashboard.
- Send notifications (email, push, and — with consent — SMS) when new leads arrive.
- Forward leads to a contractor's CRM when they enable an integration (e.g. HubSpot, Zapier).
- Operate, secure, and improve the service.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use lead or call content to train third-party AI models.
Who we share information with
We share only the minimum necessary with service providers who help us run LeadQuik:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- Twilio — phone numbers and SMS delivery.
- Telnyx — SIP trunking for voice calls.
- Retell AI — AI voice receptionist call handling (when the contractor enables it).
- ElevenLabs — AI voice receptionist speech synthesis (when the contractor enables it).
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Stripe — billing and subscription management.
- Apple / Google — push notification delivery on mobile.
- Google Maps Platform — address autocomplete.
- Apollo — business-contact enrichment for Scout lead sourcing.
- Apify — web data collection for Scout lead sourcing.
- OpenAI — AI-generated summaries and assistant features.
- Anthropic — AI assistant features (summaries, Intelligence).
- CRM destinations the contractor has explicitly connected (HubSpot, Zapier, Jobber, DripJobs, Atlas).
We may also disclose information if legally required or to protect rights, safety, or property.
Google account connections
If you connect a Google account to LeadQuik, we request only the access needed for the feature you turn on:
- Google Calendar events (calendar.events) — to add, update, and remove your booked appointments on your connected calendar, and to read events you add there so your LeadQuik schedule matches. Event bodies never include pricing.
- Google Calendar free/busy (calendar.freebusy) — to see which times are already busy so your public booking page only offers open slots. Only free/busy status is read, never event details, and nothing is stored beyond the availability check.
- Google Contacts, read-only (contacts.readonly) — only if you turn on "Sync Gmail Contacts to Leads." We read only the contacts you place under the label you choose (default "LeadQuik Customers"); contacts outside that label are never read. Matched contacts become lead or customer records in your own LeadQuik account.
- Google Search Console, read-only (webmasters.readonly) — only if you use the Sites visibility grader. We read your own site's top search queries, average position, and page-one count for your verified domain. We never change any Search Console settings.
We use this data only to run those features inside LeadQuik. We do not sell Google user data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it outside operating the feature you enabled. You can disconnect Google at any time in Settings, which stops all access; you can also revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies
LeadQuik uses first-party cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (such as language and dashboard settings). Our public marketing site also sets first-party cookies to attribute visits from Google Ads campaigns. We do not use cookies to sell personal information or to serve third-party ads.
Data retention
Contractor accounts and associated leads are retained while the contractor's account is active. Contractors can delete individual leads at any time from their dashboard, or request full account deletion by emailing privacy@leadquik.com. We typically delete or anonymize data within 30 days of an account-deletion request, except where retention is required by law. See Delete your account for step-by-step instructions.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@leadquik.com.
If you submitted a lead through a contractor's intake link and want the contractor to delete your information, contact them directly. LeadQuik will assist contractors in honoring those requests.
Children
LeadQuik is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, encrypted database backups, row-level security, and principle-of-least-privilege access controls). No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect a vulnerability, please report it to security@leadquik.com.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email (for contractors). Continued use of LeadQuik after an update constitutes acceptance.
